About CWE
Club for Women Entrepreneurs (CWE) is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation founded in Geneva, Switzerland, on September 3rd, 2002, under articles 60 and following of the Swiss Civil Code, to promote and assist in the creation and development of viable and sustainable women's enterprises in Switzerland and abroad. Since Autumn 2005 it has entered a record with the Registry of Commerce of the Canton of Geneva.
CWE presently offers 3 (three) regional chapters for networking in Fribourg, Geneva and Neuchâtel - Jura. Two more chapters are in the offing in Valais and Canton Vaud.
Membership is on the increase and presently stands at just over a hundred members.

- To provide opportunities for continuous learning through luncheon presentations, seminars, company visits, business trips and special events with a highly professional content;
- To grant material and other aid to women in areas where conditions of gender equality, economic and legal frameworks are less developed than in Switzerland
